LowBankTrail emerged from a singular aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family unveiled our pizzeria in 1985, originating as a quaint local endeavor powered by age-old family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, acquiring knowledge from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's cradle. Her UK return was marked by a commitment to replicate the enchanting Neapolitan pizza experience, using authentic processes and premium elements.
Beginning as a humble location with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished regional fixture while preserving our dedication to supremacy and genuineness. Our traditional wood-fired methods, daily handcrafted dough, and pursuit of the finest produce remain steadfast.
LowBankTrail continues its family lineage with the Rossi descendants steering a dedicated team. Although we've adopted select contemporary innovations, the core of our endeavor remains unchanged: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
