Thank you for dining with LowBankTrail. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy lasts for a period of 24 hours from the time of your purchase.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have received an incorrect or defective order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678 or through our website lowbanktrail.sbs to rectify the issue.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that your meal from LowBankTrail does not meet our usual high standards, you may be eligible for a refund. If you receive a dish that is incorrect or not up to your expectations, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being delivered or picked up. We will require proof of purchase along with a brief description of the issue.

After receipt and inspection of the issue, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we only replace items if they are defective or prepared incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email as soon as possible at lowbanktrail.sbs describing the issue and we will address it promptly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or you received the incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
